What is the free invoice spot check?
Send us one month of carrier invoices and the rate card you agreed with your carriers. Within 48 hours we send back every line we think was overcharged, with the dollar amount. There's no cost and no obligation, and we delete the files once the check is done unless you go ahead with an audit.
What systems do you work with?
Most transport management, job management and accounting platforms used in Australia, plus email and shared drives. If a system has an export or an API, we can usually work with it. We confirm this in the audit before quoting a build.
Do we need an IT team?
No. We handle the build, hosting and monitoring. We'll need someone who knows the process to spend a few hours with us during the audit and testing.
How is our data protected?
We sign a data processing agreement before any access, use separate least-privilege accounts, keep credentials in a password manager, and work inside your systems wherever possible. Access is removed when an engagement ends.
What if the audit doesn't find much?
If the audit identifies less than $25,000 a year in savings, we refund the $2,500 fee in full. You keep the report either way.
How quickly do we see results?
The audit report arrives within 5 business days. Most builds go live within 2 to 6 weeks, and carrier invoice audits usually start finding recoverable charges in the first week of running.
